Welcome summer!
We hope you all are enjoying this shimmery season with its extra long days and warm quiet nights filling your days with swimming, camping, hiking and one of our favorite activities, playing music outside! For our friends in the south end, the Lonesome Lovers and I are returning to one of our favorite outdoor venues, the Quarterdeck in Des Moines, this Thursday, July 20th. Sip on a glass of beer or wine in big lounge chairs while we serenade you with songs new and old. This family friendly show starts at 6pm and you’ll be home before the sun goes down.
Coming up next? Ballard! We will be sharing a show with our friends, Bright Brown (NYC), at Egan’s on Saturday, August 5th for an evening of Americana sass-a-indie-alt-folk music. Curious? You should be, it’s going to be a really unique night of music so please join us. This cozy venue fills up fast so if you’d like to make a reservation, email reservations@ballardjamhouse.com.
